where can the ddr calibration scripts be downloaded?

Where can I get the 3 downloads referenced here i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.92 

I searched for the file names and only this document comes up.  I tried installing the S32 studio but these files are not in there.  How do people get the files that this document is talking about?

Hello Josh Jordan,

The .zip files should be available as an attachment on the document, which shows at the bottom of the document’s body.

You would then need to unzip and install the executables inside. These tools are designed for i.MX6 and i.MX7 processors.
