ordering part i.MX31

Hi Everybody,

I got a question about the ordering information for i.MX31.

Is there any document that explain the meaning of suffixes which are after the part MCIMX31.....

For example : MCIMX31DVKN5D

I think that VKN is for the package, 5 for the frequency (533 MHz), D for the revision.

Could you help me on this point.
