legacy/modified REFRESH Command

Hi Team，

    I would like to know if there are any refresh operations performed on DDR in the software on the IMX8QM/QP board.

    We are about to replace DDR on our own customer board, the old one supports legacy and modified refresh mode, but the new one only supports the modified refresh mode. if there are no operations related to refresh mode in the software, we can safely change the type of DDR.
