Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to used combine package of ram and nand flash such as: MT29TZZZ8D5JKETS-107 W.95Q or MT29TZZZ8D5JKEZB-107 W.95Q however they are not listed as supported device in NXP micron compatible list https://www.micron.com/~/media/documents/products/other-documents/nxp_compatibility_chart.pdf is using these devices straight forward? or I have to change parameters in the processor? how I have to change them? our processor is IMX7D

according to documentation these parts have separate e.MMC and LPDDR3 interfaces,
which is JEDEC LPDDR3-compliant, so I believe they can be used with i.MX7D.
