We have an issue when we try to program a custom board based on the EVK imx6ull board. In fact, the core is the same as EVK where we changed SD card with emmc memory. We did this change in EVK without any problem.
Then problem is we cannot find out the reason why we cannot download software. We are using Mfgtools L.6.6.3(uuu).
We checked voltages as described in Table 23 - Sample voltage report from IMX6ULLHDG.
We checked clocks and frequencies.
We checked reset which is delay with MAX803 a minimum of 140ms after 3v3 NCVCC is up and additional RC(1k/100nF).
We can detect the imx6ull from the pc as “SE Blank 6ULL” .
Bootstraps are the same as EVK but they are set at 2v8(other parts are at 3v3, for example emmc).
When we try to download, we get a USB timeout error, but we cannot get any information about it and any message on UART1.
Is there any thing more to be check or any way to try to get more information?
