IMX8M Mini Mask Check

Dear NXP support team.

               Could you please help me check and advise on the difference between the attached images.

               It seems to be the same mask but with different colour.

               Please help.

Thank you for contacting NXP Support!

Is the same part number, sometimes the angle of the picture and the illumination can change the picture but if you bought the part number with authorized distributors you don't have to suspect the originality of the parts.

Many thanks to NXP Tech Support for their reply, but the masks supplied for both parts can be seen to be different colours to the naked eye, one is clearly gold and the other is not.

You should not distrust of the mask.

If you have a quality problem with one of those parts  please open a case in the case portal to help you.
