Hello, I need to know the memory map i.e the starting and ending addresses of the RAM and ROM available on sabre lite imx6q board. Please guide me in this regard.

Have you checked the RM? "Chapter 2 Memory Maps" . I wonder if you need something different.

The OCRAM can be used as normal RAM. You can create boot images that run in internal RAM instead of external RAM .

As long as the images fit into that memory area of course.
