imx53 initialization of (central security unit)csu?

Anyone have detail document about csu? 63F9_C000~63F9_FFFF is reserved for CSU. But how to properly initialize this area?

I'm not sure for the iMX53, but for the iMX6 there is additionaly to the Processor Reference Manual a Security Reference Manual. The latter, beside other things, deals with the description of the CSU register set. To get Access to the SRM you need to register with Freescale.
