iMX8QM Display Port (DP) Bring up Issue

Hi,

We are working on iMX8QM custom board (B0 CPU) with 4.14.98 Kernel BSP.
The DP(Display Port) interface is crashing while booting.

We tested the same with iMX8QM ARM2 LPDDR4 CPU Validation Board, in that also facing same issue.
We used below DTS file as reference for DP support.

arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/fsl-imx8qm-lpddr4-arm2-dp.dts

The boot log is attached for your reference.

Kindly support us to resolve above issue as soon as possible.

The release notes Linux L4.14.98_2.0.0 Documentation

saying as below. Then DP should support it seems.

Is there any additional DTS configuration required for DP support?

document shows "supports HDMI", not DP.

Also this is preprduction part with limited support.

shows supported functionalities, seems iMX8QM Display Port (DP) is not supported.

One can apply to local nxp office to try get support on that case.
