In our application, we are running the PCIe over a flex cable.

Is there any way to get the BER and/or any other stats on the link quality from the Linux kernel?

Is any stats available in the PCIe PHY registers?

Hello Igor,

Correct, we need to estimate the Bit Error Rate and/or any other characteristics of the PCIe link using the IMX8M Plus SoC capabilities only.

Our IP has not any register to show BER.
