What is the VBUS detection treshold?

It is mentioned several times in the documentation and one can even make adjustments to it in percent, but no mention of the actual value.

please refer to sect.11.4.5.4 USB OTG PHY Configuration Register 2

(USBNC_n_PHY_CFG2) i.MX7D  RM
The VBUS Valid threshold is nominally 4.75V on this USB PHY.
