iMX7 RGMII voltage rating

Dear Team,

Our product is iMX7 plateform with giga ethernet PHY applicatin, and RGMII operation voltage is 3.3V.

We find Ethernet PHY 125MHz clock Max/Min voltage are 3.80835V/-1.02387V,but we can't find the RGMII voltage rating in product spec.

please help check does RGMII clock meet iMX7 RGMII RX Spec.?

Hi igor,

According to RGMII Spec., Tr/Tf must smaller than 0.75ns, we have to increase RX_CLK drive capacity and cause the Max/Min voltage be 3.80835V/-1.02387V.

Can you kindly help to check iMX7 can stand the Max/Min voltage are 3.80835V/-1.02387V or not?
