Can I confirm that the latest available version of iMX6DL register programming aid is v1.3 (linked below)? There was a reference to a version 1.4 in the comments of the linked page

Thanks for confirming. 

@TheAdmiral  stated the following error with v1.3 in the linked post: 
"Just found an error in the spreadsheet in the calculation of the nWR value of MR1. Will correct this and add a Pre-Charge all command to the MR programming sequence"

Can you give me more details of this error? Are there any other issues with v1.3 I should be aware of?
