Is the i.mx6 RGMII version 2.0 compliant or version 1.3 compliant? It doesn't specify in the reference manual. It has a note about the differences between RGMII 1.3 and 2.0; however, it is unclear which it is.

It appears to be RGMII 2.0. We didn't lengthen the clock line in our board and it works.
