Hi,

I have a question about Manufacturing Boot Enabled in Figure 8-1. Boot flow of i.MXRT1050RM rev2.

I suppose Disable SDMMC Manufacture mode fuse is assigned for Manufacturing Boot Enabled, but

if failed SD boot at that time, where to go?   Waiting correct SD card image forever?

Best Regards,

Sugiyama

Hello,

From section 8.11 (SD/MMC manufacture mode) of the i.MX RT1050 RM:
When the internal boot and recover boot (if enabled) failed, the boot goes to the
SD/MMC manufacture mode before the serial download mode.

That is, the serial download mode is entered, if the SD/MMC manufacture crashes.

Have a great day,
Yuri
