i.MX8mm Kernel Lock

Hi NXP

I am using yocto kernel version 5.4.3 for the original board.

If you run the qt application in that environment and repeat drawing, the kernel will lock.
When this happens, there will be no debug output.
(Kernel panic logs such as oob and spin_lock are also not output.)

1.During my research, I found ERR050044 in IMX8MM_0N87W.pdf.
What happens when this phenomenon occurs?
Does it cause the above phenomenon?

2.Is there a patch for ERR050044?

3.The kernel lock phenomenon does not occur when i.MX 8mm is warmed with a dryer.
 What are the possible factors?
What kind of research should I do?

Best regards,

1.How can I check the version of chip?
Is the following content all right?
   /sys/module/galcore/parameters/chipIDs
   cat chipIDs
   4294967295,4294967295,4294967295,4294967295,4294967295,
   4294967295,4294967295,4294967295,4294967295,4294967295

2.The phenomenon does not occur when the cpu temperature is 50 degrees or higher and
the QT display application is operated.
   /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
   cat temp
   50000

As the temperature drops from 50 degrees, the time it takes for the Kernel to lock tends to decrease.
   What are the possible factors?

Hi

The phenomenon does not occur when the cpu temperature is 50 degrees or higher and  the QT display application is operated.
   /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
   cat temp
   50000

As the temperature drops from 50 degrees, the time it takes for the Kernel to lock tends to decrease.

What are the possible factors?

Please give us some advice on the above.

How can I get the latest BSP?
If I can get it, I can try it.

What does "create an internal case." Mean?
