hi , all
1
i.MX8QXP EVK? i tok it is i.MX8QXP MEK???
2
i saw his board is i.MX8X RTX 2.1
is not supported . then you must port in your board.
3
We found that Yocto 3.0 system on i.MX8MM platform does not have this problem, so imx8MQ also ok but i saw " memtester not tainted" , try Bitbake by yours self?
4
as mentioned , we suggest that you use Yocto BSP 3.1 which is a Long Term Support version itself
thank you , Solved.

Hi @Rita_Wang and NXP teams,
We found that the Imx8mq evk board also has the problem on the 5.4.70 Yocto 3.0 demo image.
The 4.14.98 Yocto 2.5 and 5.10.9 Yocto 3.2 demo images on the Imx8mq evk board does not have this problem.
Could you please help to verify the 5.4.70 Yocto 3.0 BSP? Thanks.

You can see the Yocto release version align with the code https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Releases.
How about the 3.1version using?
Are you using the NXP i.MX8QXP EVK board?
