i.MX6 Dual Lite Linux Kernel debugging using J-Link

Can anyone please suggest useful links to debug Linux kernel using J-Link?

We have i.MX6 Dual Lite (Rev A) reference board and J-link with RDI and GDB support. I am using free scale mainline u-boot and kernel for booting.
