I would like to know about iMX8M Plus features supported more in detail such as reference manual.

The corresponding documentation link:

Home -> Processors and Microcontrollers -> Arm Processors -> i.MX Applications Processors -> i.MX 8 Processors -> i.MX8M Plus

Does not include a reference manual.

Will be available some day?

Checked again, it just became available at:

Yes, it is great however there are many chapters will be added in a later revision. So now wait for the next seasson to get those or some chapters.

Yes, as you may know the i.MX 8MPlus is still in pre-production stage, once it is released the documentation should be available on our webpage.
