how to program OTP e-fuse in user space after boot?

I'm using fuse prog command from U-boot to program OTP e-fuse in imx8mm based board.

If I want to program OTP e-fuse in user space after linux boot, is there any application or way to do that?

It would be very helpful if I hear any experience about this.
