git clone error for kernel_imx

I going to build an android_N7.1.2_2.0.0 system on my IMX6-SDP board. I followed the Android_User's_Guide to do this command:  

git clone git://git.freescale.com/imx/linux-imx.git kernel_imx

There are follow output as below:

I want to know how to fix the warning: remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref, unable to checkout.

I reproduced this behavior. The cloning should be okay as no error are shown so you may disregard this warning.

There is no fix from your side as it seems to be caused by the default branch of the repository being deleted. The repository administrator would need to change the default branch to fix it. I will try to escalate this, so it gets addressed. Thanks for pointing it out!
