Refer to the Section 10.3.7 of the attached document for the information on how to convert a .fw file to .fw.ihex one. Also, here you can find the ihex2bin.py script mentioned, if required:

Are you logged into the community? If so, press the "Add Comment" button, then push the "Use advanced editor" link on the right upper corner of the message window, then, after the advanced editor script is loaded, push "Attach" on the right lower corner of the message window.

Unfortunately, I don't understand exactly what kind of data do you mean. Please specify it in more details. Do you mean the waveform file for the i.MX6SL EPD controller?

Please provide the original .wbf file supplied by the E-ink display vendor and I'll convert it to .fw for you.
