disable tamper function

Hi

We use internel RTC, and found that pull high tamper will increase power consumption of rtc battery

1.If we pull low this pin (disable tamper), will cause any problem?

2.How to disable/enable tamper function in software? Default function is on or off?

Hello,

The TAMPER pin is pulled down internally, but please check if  External Tampering is
disabled in SNVS_LPTDCR register. Correct power up sequence should be provided :
"VDD_SNVS_IN supply must be turned ON before any other power supply.
...
If a coin cell is used to power VDD_SNVS_IN, then ensure that it is connected before any other

supply is switched on."
