What is the different between buildroot and RidgeRun SDK

I know buildroot, OE and crosstool-ng are similar. they generate 4 items

1bootloader2linuxkernel3Filesystem4crosscompiler.

RidgeRun SDK although a software development kit allows these 4 items to be downloaded into unit.

so what is the differece
