I think I already tell you how to read the higher 64bits, the command is general for other processors which only have 64bits, and I also confirm from internal team that ROM API needs to read 128bits to operate, so I suggest that you read 128bits, if you only read 64bits, I couldn't guarantee that

refer to the reference manual, lower 64bits from 0x420[10:0]-0x430[11:31]and higher 64bits from 0xE00-0xE10

the higher 64 bits thus bank 40 word 0 and bank40 word1.

since this soc uses 128bits as UID, try to use 128bits
