change Imx287 power prep settings in yocto project

hi,

I m developing a yocto-based (kirkstone) os for a custom board with im287 chip. currently, I have a working image for imx28evk board, now i need to port it to the custom board.

there I m facing an issue with changing the power prep settings as the custom board should not check on the battery voltage, but the uboot for the imx28evk falls to start as there's no battery in the custom board.

I went through imx porting guide and imx yocto projects user guide but could not figure out where to apply the power prep settings

much appreciated if anyone can point where to look

Sorry, NXP does not have continues with yocto on MX28 since kernel 3.10, and now you are in kirkstone you have to go with community BSP:
