can read register from shell?

Dear all

    My board is sabresd_6dq, I download img to emmc (image is android 5.1.1), after boot( load kernel... ), what tools can be read register on shell ? please get me a little suggest. thank.

        P.S we can use md command (memory display) read register ( can see Reference1) on uboot, can read register from shell?
