can not open include file 'gitversion.h'

I just follow the <Build Requirements.docx> in mfgtools\Apps\MfgTool.exe\docs to build the MFTTools sourcecode and finally it output an error message showing "Error 1 fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'gitversion.h'

Where can I get the 'gitversion.h' file?

Here's one. We have fixed the source extract script to generate this file when we do a source release so future versions will have this file. It is only used in the verioning of the MfgTool for our releases. You can feel free to change it however you see fit.
