Where to find HAB4_API.pdf for HAB?

Can anyone share / send me the "HAB4_API.pdf" file?

I have read a lot of documents and posts, that mentioned this document, which is supposed to be in the CST, but  it is not there anymore in the cst-2.3.3 package.

Could anyone tell me where to find this document?

I need to interpret the hab_status output.

In case anyone finds this old question, CST 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 do have HAB4_API.pdf in the "docs" folder.
