The i.MX6Q support the follows display. Which one do you want? LVDS Screen or others? And here could tell me which board are you using? Our reference board or the board you design yourself?

You are using the i.MX6Q-SDP board, here you can directly using the LVDS screen. The link is :i.MX53 Quick Start Board|NXP you can see the LVDS screen MCIMX-LVDS1. Or you can also using the HDMI screen without porting.

The android BSP on the i.MX6Q-SDP board support LVDS screen disply and touching. You do not need to modify any diver. You can see all the features about the android BSP suppoting in the document Android_Release_Notes. Here I attach it for you.
