I have downloaded 20160802-nitrogen-4.1.15_1.2.0_ga-xenial-en_US-mate_armhf.img for Nitrogen 6X board
While booting I get follwoing error

On running the python program to capture video from Logitech Webcam it gives following error

What is the issue about?
I also tried to test the VLC player, that also gave me some problem.
