Video Decoder Suggestion For 4 Analog Cameras

Hello, we will be using 4 analog NTSC cameras and we want a decoder which can split the screen into 1,2 or 4 by choice. Decoder output will be passed to an application process (linux) and there will be also a surround view application so can anyone suggest a decoder that can fit for our needs and having a linux driver? You can get them via 2 MIPI CSI and 2 USB CAM with the MX8Mplus.

Can I use ISL79987? Cameras will be Analog NTSC so I can't use usb.
