Uboot cmd usb start error

hi community 
      when I use the cmd "usb start" at Uboot stage I got the error line :
starting USB ....... 
USB 0    Port not available .

My Uboot is 2015.04 , the chip is imx6d7c . then what should i do to find this problem

one can check hardware using recommendations for usb in

and test with nxp uboot from

uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot
