USB connection fails while LPDDR2 Stress test

Hi,

I am working a custom i.mx6DL board with LPDDR2. Using FSCL DDR Stress Tester whenever I start a calibration or Stress Test, my OTG USB connection fails and I can't get any feedback from my board and it needs power cycling. I think the OTG USB connection failure is a complication what would be the real reason and what should I check?

I found that issue is related to Stress Test Tool V2.0.

V1.0.3 works fine with my board
