Thermal protect before execute the uBoot

Dear all

The uboot was not executed in my custom board with MX6 solo when ambient is 90 degrees.
I think it may be thermal protection, does ROM cord check die temperature before execute the uboot?

If so, what is the shutdown temperature?

  i.MX6S boot ROM does not control device temperature.
