Temperature Sensor Calibration

Dear Sir

I want to ask you about the Temperature Monitor.

I understand that the Temperature Sensor Calibration Data is stored in OCOTP_ANA1.

It is described at P5172 in IMX6SDLRM Rev.2 as following.

"The temperature calibration values are fused individually for each part in the product testing process."

Q1.

Can I understand that the calibration value is written at the factory of NXP?

Hello Eishi,

  It means: There is a temperature  sensor in i.MX6 processor, and it's value has been calibrated duiring product testing process.

  In software, for example, in u-boot, linux kernel, it's driver is named "thermal_imx.c", customer can configure MIN temperature and MAX temperature for her application.
