SCU test firmware fails for IMX8QXP

We were not able to build SCU test firmware to include the following for IMX8QXP
   
   CCI
   HDMI
   HDMI Rx
   VT-X
   
   Build fails for all of the above, showing linker undefined reference error.  
   This is because the required object files for the above tests are not supplied by NXP.

   Can you pls let us know how to get these object files?

We built using porting vit versioin 1.11.0.
Please see the build log, commands, and others in the attached log file.

how did you build scfw_tests.bin? did you build it by command "make qx R=B0 B=mek T=all" ?

Our build command is 

make qx R=B0 D=1 DL=5 M=1 B=MyBoard T=all

The output of command is attached

back to my question, what build error messages do you get? I need detailed your build steps and error messages, I don't find them in your logfile

We built using porting kit versioin 1.11.0.

Error log and build log are attached. Its not a build error its SCU test error. Pls refer to attached logs
