Running Java apps on Linux 2.6.35 on SABRE tablet

Dear Pals,

         I m a new bee linux developer. I have a project where i have to run java aps on SABRE tablet having iMX53 (ARMv7) running linux 2.6.35 kernel.

  I have installed LTIB in ubuntu 9.04. and i know how to compile n build the kernels and rootfs. I need to know what are the steps involved in running a java app on this iMX53 system.

     How to install JRE in the iMX53 Linux 2.6.35.

     How to develop a simple touch application for this tablet.

     How to run that java app on the target system.

     What should be the requirements of Host system to develop java apps for SABRE tablets.

     Thanks a lot for your valuable reply.

Using your resources I could compile one simple GUI app using ecj compiler . And Run it successfully.

Theres another question..

Is it possible to design GUI for the same platform using Netbeans...

If yes how do I configure my Netbeans IDE for ARMv7 (IMX53) Platform ?
