Reliability Report - Fit Rate MCIMX6Q5EYM10AD

Hello,

I am doing a failure rate calculation (FIT/MTBF) from a processor board that uses the i.mx6 quad 1GHz (MCIMX6Q5EYM10AD). So, I am seaching for the reliability report (Product FIT Report) of that component.

It should contain the HTOL Test with acceleration factors for temperature and voltage.

Would you mind providing me such a report?

I need reliability (FIT) information for an iMX6 Solo processor that we using.  Can you point me to were I can get that.  I tired searching in the forum and on the NXP imx6 solo website, but could not find anything.
