Recommendation for Camera Module with Integrated ISP for i.MX93

Hi,

I'm working with the i.MX93 processor, which lacks an onboard ISP. I'm looking for recommendations on camera modules similar to the OV5640, providing integrated ISP capabilities such as automatic brightness, auto white balance, and exposure control.

Ideally, the module should be easy to integrate with minimal additional processing required on the i.MX93 side.

Any suggestions or experiences would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the OV5640 is deprecated, and I’m looking for a newer sensor with 7 to 10 years of longevity. Do you have any recommendations for a camera module with an integrated ISP that would be a good fit for the i.MX93?
