RAM FLASH combine pakage

Dear sir/Madam,

We want to used combine package of ram and nand flash such as:

MT29TZZZ8D5JKETS-107 W.95Q

or

MT29TZZZ8D5JKEZB-107 W.95Q

however they are not listed as supported device in NXP micron compatible list

is using these devices straight forward?

or I have to change parameters in the processor? how I have to change them?

our processor is IMX7D

unfortunately datasheets for these parts are not publicly available,

if you have them, one can send them using service request for evaluating parts for usage.
