In the i.mx6 solo custom board, design for the reset and power management circuit was done similar to Sabre design. ONOFF pin is connected to push button with de-bouncing circuit. This board is tested for the suspend to resume mode transition continuously by pressing the push button. During testing, randomly board got rebooted instead of suspend to resume transition. And the log shows the reset cause as POR.. Due anyone face this issue previously and have any solutions. Please comment.

Hi Vijay
one can check ONOFF signal with oscilloscope and compare its duration
described in sect.10.5 ONOFF (Button). Also may be useful to check power supplies
for glitches, use i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/IMX6DQ6SDLHDG.pdf

Hi Igor,
Thanks for the reply.
ONOFF signal is checked on oscilloscope and found little more glitches on the signal during reboot. But not sure how glitches is connected to reboot ?.. Also checked on all voltages for glitches during reboot condition and found pretty clean. And the circuit is designed based on Hardware design guide.
How ONOFF signal can be connected to system "reboot" and at what conditions reboot can occurred with respect to ONOFF signal ?
Regards
Vijay
