Hello,

On the EVK for 1011 and 1062, the POR_B signal is pulled up to DCDC_3V3:

But then in AN13202, it's recommended to pull up the signal to SNVS:

Question:

What is the best voltage source or it doesn't matter?

Hi @Sam_ECU,

The best practice for POR_B is to pull up to VDD_SNVS_IN, as mentioned on AN13202 as well as the Hardware Development Guide of each i.MX RT.
