VSNVS output derives its power from either VIN using LDO, or coin cell.
LDO is used wnen VIN > VTH1 as described in sect.6.3.11 VSNVS LDO/switch,

When powered by coin cell, the VSNVS output tracks the coin cell voltage by means of a switch.
