Hi,

Regarding the OTP options F1/F3. In the datasheet it says: "For designs using the i.MX6 Solo Lite, it is recommended to use the F3 OTP option instead of the F1 OTP option" does that apply for imx6 quad/dual processor as well?

i.e. for a Quad/Dual design can I use a F1 OTP or should I use only F3 since F3 is the corrected version?

thanks,

jhones

Hello,

F0A programming is for DDR3 1.5V (on SW3), if you are using DDR3L 1.35V you can use the PF0100F6A.

You have the starting sequence of each programming detailed in table 10 of the datasheet.

Best regards,

Loic
