OpenCV + Hardware Accelator

I'm capturing images from a web camera connected to IMX6Q Sabre Auto.

The resolution of the web camera is 640x480 @ 30fps.

But the frame rate captured with "OpenCV+Python" is about 16 fps.

In order to increse performance, I want to use Hardware Accelator of IMX6Q.

By the way, I don't know how to enable hardware accelator and use OpenCV using hardware accelator.

Let me know the methods above.
