ONOFF Pin Input Voltage Level

Can any one let me know what is the minimum VIH and maximum VIL for ONOFF pin of IMX6UL?

The ONOFF Pin is on the VDD_SNVS_IN power domain and is a GPIO ball type, so according to the datasheet on table 24 (Single Voltage GPIO DC Parameters), it would be:

Parameter	Symbol	Test Conditions	Min	Max	Units
High-Level input voltage	VIH	—	0.7 × OVDD	OVDD	V
Low-Level input voltage	VIL	—	0	0.3 × OVDD	V

Where OVDD would be VDD_SNVS_IN.
