ODT settings

I found another thing, although this is in the script aid tool, I think the topic is related. When changing System ODT setting in the SI Configuration to 120,

0x021b001c =

0x02008032

should be changed to

0x021b001c =

0x04008032

from what I understand from the DDR2 MR2 register definition. But it stays on the 60 Ohm setting. Is this on purpose or a bug?

Hello,

Values of 120 Ohms and 60 Ohms are typically used.

About ODT setting of DDR3 DQS in i.MX6DQ.
