NXP DDR Test Tool: ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!

Information

Processor: i.MX6 Solo

Boot Mode: Serial Download ( I checked it several times.)

USB Port: OTG Port

For SI Test, I once tried DDR Stress test with Ver. 2.8 and it worked fine with my PC.

In Device Manager in Win10, HID and USB Device popped up when USB Cable was connected to my PC.

But, an engineer said that there was the error 'Can't open USB device'.

the engineer checked device manager, but there was no HID or USB Device 

This is very weird because I once tried and it worked well but It didn't work to other PC.

Is there any driver of HID?

or what can I do in this situation?

Hi Wonwook

one can try to attach USB Cable to another connector and

with short quality shielded cable. Also one can check if Operating System

on computer has all latest software updates.
