Hi,iMX6ULZ

I am currently running Linux on iMX6ULZ SoC 4 x UART but I need one or two more UART, which iMX6 or iMX7 SoC I can select? I can use the NXP MFGTools to flash image to iMX6ULZ NAND, will the same tools compatible for all other iMX6 or iMX7 SoC?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

jhiMX6ULZ

Hi igor,

Thanks for the response and the link, but there are more discrepancies between the two documents, in the document  i.MX 6ULZ Applications Processors that the number of UART is 4 which I think is correct, where the FLYRIMXPRDCMPR.pdf that the number of UART is 8 which I think is wrong, could you please further clarify it?

Thank you.

Kind regards.
